OUCH!: 78 Year Old Man Castrated for Parole

Now I have heard of some bizarre stories but this one made me cringe and laugh at the same time.  According to a post on the clarionledger.com, a convicted child molester, Francis Phillip, Tullier, who was sentenced to 27 years in prison after molesting hundreds of young girls after pleading guilty to three counts, would only be eligible for parole once he was castrated at his own expense. CAN WE SAY OUCH!!!!!!

Tullier agreed to undergo the castration at his own expense. Thursday's surgery had been delayed several years while he was treated for various medical issues, a sheriff's investigator said.

The Advocate reports that Tullier, now 78, is due for release next week. He will live in Iberville Parish and must register as a sex offender.

Man, to be 78 years old with no balls, that has got to hurt! He may as well get some makeup and try out for the next season of Rupaul’s Drag Race!! How would you feel with no balls, literally? HAHAHA
